Personalized Acrylic Wedding Welcome Sign, Any Color, 3D Names

You will see exactly what your sign looks like before we make it. Send us your names, date and venue, and we email you a mockup. Nothing gets cut, printed or assembled until you reply and approve it. Free, on every order, no matter which size you pick.

Raised 3D Letters, Not Printed Vinyl

Most acrylic welcome signs are vinyl stuck onto plexiglass. In photos they look printed, because they are. Ours have actual raised letters cut and layered onto the panel. They catch light, cast a soft shadow, and photograph like something that cost three times as much.

Matched to Your Wedding Colors

We can match any color. Sage, dusty blue, terracotta, burgundy, champagne, whatever your palette is. Send us a hex code, a Pantone number, or just a photo of your invitation and we will match it, for both the lettering and the background. There is no upcharge for a custom color.

Prefer a classic finish? Choose from our stock lettering colors: Gold Mirror, Rose Gold Mirror, Silver Mirror, Yellow, Black, or White.

Will It Get Here In Time?

Production takes 2 to 3 business days once you approve your mockup. We ship from Iowa via UPS Ground, 1 to 4 days depending on where you are, so most orders arrive within a week of approval. Shipping is free.

We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event so there is room to get the colors exactly right. Wedding sooner than that? Message us your date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. We would rather turn the job down than miss your day.

Sizes 18" x 24" and larger are designed to sit on a standard floor easel. We do not include an easel, so most couples rent one from their venue or pick one up locally.

How to Order

1. Choose your size and lettering color. For a custom color, pick Custom Color - Enter Below.
2. In the Personalization Details box, type your names as you want them displayed, your wedding date, your venue, and your colors. A hex code, a Pantone number, or just "matching my invitation" all work.
3. We email you a mockup, usually within one business day.
4. You approve it, or tell us what to change. We revise until you are happy. Then we build it.

Not sure on colors yet? Order anyway and email your invitation or a photo of your flowers to orders@thesignroom.us with your order number. We will suggest a match and put it in your mockup.

The Fine Print

Because each sign is made to order with your names and date, custom orders cannot be refunded once produced as approved. That is exactly why we send you a mockup first and will not start until you sign off on it. If what arrives does not match the mockup you approved, that is on us and we will fix it.
