File Requirements - Please Read Before Ordering

Please provide a high-resolution logo file (300 DPI minimum). Accepted formats: PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG - a PNG with a transparent background works best. If your file is low resolution, we'll let you know before printing.

How to Order

• Choose your size and canvas option, then complete checkout
• After checkout, email your logo file and details to orders@thesignroom.us with your order number
• Free design help is available if you need your file adjusted or a layout created

Production and Shipping

• Production: 2-3 business days after proof approval
• Shipping: 2-5 business days via UPS
• Banners ship rolled in a protective tube or flat-packed depending on size

Care and Handling

• Spot clean only with a damp cloth
• Store rolled or flat when not in use
• Indoor and covered outdoor use (not recommended for extended outdoor weather exposure)
• Colors are fade-resistant and durable for years of use

Returns

Due to the custom nature of these banners, we cannot offer refunds for banners produced as approved. If your banner arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
