How to Order

• Add your names, text, colors, and font choice in the notes at checkout
• After checkout, email any photos or files to orders@thesignroom.us with your order number
• If only a name is provided, we will match the design in the main product photo

Free Mockups

A complimentary digital mockup is included with every order on request. Just add "mockup please" to your order notes. Changes can be made within 24 hours of receiving your mockup. Complimentary mockups are basic designs like the examples shown. Highly specific themes or hand-drawn characters may incur a design fee, as will major changes after the first mockup.

Hanging Your Banner

Banners are lightweight and hang easily with double-sided tape, painter's tape, Command strips, or washi tape. Hanging hardware is not included.

Returns and Refunds

Because these banners are custom and made to order, we do not offer refunds on banners received as ordered. We also cannot offer replacements for the natural characteristics of kraft paper, including minor color variation and texture. If your banner arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the banner and the packaging. Orders may be canceled and refunded if requested within 12 hours of purchase.
