Great communication skills and customer service. The Sign Shop really did a great job for me and very fast shipping. I ordered a sign 10"x16" and they suggested to make it 10"x20" instead for the same cost so I agreed and it was the perfect size that I needed. The magnet is thick and good quality and the color is perfect. I'm glad I talked to them about the job that I needed.
