A complimentary digital mockup is included with every order upon request - just note "mockup please" with your order details. Changes can be made within 24 hours of receiving your mockup. Complimentary mockups are basic designs like our examples; highly specific themes or drawn characters may incur a design fee.

Hanging Your Banner

Banners are lightweight and easy to display with double-sided tape, painter's tape, Command strips, or washi tape (hardware not included).

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these banners, we do not offer refunds for banners received as ordered. If your banner arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the banner and packaging. Orders may be canceled and refunded if requested within 12 hours of purchase.
