If you would like very specific themes or specific drawn characters there will be a design fee associated with this. Any major design changes after the initial complimentary design will also incur a design fee.

✦ HANGING YOUR BANNER
Banners do not include hanging hardware. They are lightweight and can be easily displayed with:
- Double-sided tape
- Painter's tape
- Command strips
- Washi tape

✦ RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these banners, we do not offer refunds for banners received as ordered. We also cannot offer replacements due to the natural aesthetics of kraft paper, including minor color variations and natural texture within the paper. If your banner arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the banner and packaging.

Orders may be canceled and refunded if requested within 12 hours of purchase.
