An acrylic seating chart is the piece your guests actually stand in front of and read. Ours are cut and assembled in our Iowa shop with 3D raised lettering for the header and your names printed crisp and legible underneath.

Built to Be Read, Not Squinted At

Most seating charts cram too many names into too little space. Tell us your guest count and we will tell you honestly which size you need. As a rough guide:

• 18" x 24" comfortably fits up to about 8 tables
• 24" x 30" fits roughly 10 to 14 tables
• 23" x 35" fits roughly 12 to 16 tables, tall format for an easel
• 32" x 46" fits 20 tables and up, statement size for a large reception

If your list will not fit the size you picked, we will tell you before we print, not after.

Matched to Your Wedding Colors

We can match any color for the background and the lettering. Send a hex code, a Pantone number, or a photo of your invitation. There is no upcharge for a custom color. Stock lettering finishes: Gold Mirror, Rose Gold Mirror, Silver Mirror, Yellow, Black, White.

Last Minute Name Changes

Someone always drops out or gets added. Send us your final list as late as you can, and if you need a change after you have approved the mockup but before we print, just email us. We would rather redo the file than have you display a chart with the wrong name on it.

Will It Get Here In Time?

Production takes 2 to 3 business days once you approve your mockup. We ship from Iowa via UPS Ground, 1 to 4 days depending on where you are, so most orders arrive within a week of approval. Shipping is free.

Order at least 3 weeks before your event if you can. Sooner than that, message us your date first and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Designed to sit on a standard floor easel. Easel not included, most couples rent one from their venue.

How to Order

1. Choose your size and lettering color. For a custom color, pick Custom Color - Enter Below.
2. In the Personalization Details box, paste your table list in the format you want it read, plus your names, date and colors. A rough list is fine, we will tidy it.
3. We email you a mockup, usually within one business day.
4. You approve it, or tell us what to change. We revise until you are happy. Then we build it.

The Fine Print

Because each chart is made to order with your guests' names, custom orders cannot be refunded once produced as approved. That is exactly why we send you a mockup first and will not start until you sign off. If what arrives does not match the mockup you approved, that is on us and we will fix it.
